Army Veteran and New Habitat Homeowner: Congratulations, Jonathan!

This month, we’re celebrating Army Veteran and new Habitat homeowner Jonathan!

After completing his active-duty service in the Army, Jonathan now serves in the National Guard while furthering his education. He's thrilled about the equity he's building for his family's future and is excited, along with his partner Alex, to celebrate the holidays this year in their own home.

Jonathan first learned about our homeownership program when he spotted a brochure while shopping at our ReStore! His advice to others pursuing homeownership: "Even if you don't believe you qualify, just try. This program will give you all the resources you need. Before I applied, I had no idea how to qualify for a mortgage or improve my credit, but thanks to my homeowner education classes, I now know what it takes!"

Nailed It...Again! Beer Launch and Trivia Night with American Solera

Coming back for the second year in a row, NAILED IT is our limited-edition 6.5% Hazy IPA collaboration with American Solera.

This year’s batch will be released on Tuesday, November 12, and we're celebrating with a fun night of trivia at American Solera's Tulsa taproom. Even better, 10% of that evening's draft sales will be donated back to Green Country Habitat for Humanity to support our mission.

Come out and join us this month on the 12th for a fun night and a great cause!

Dedicating 23 New Townhomes in Historic Kendall Whittier Neighborhood

Save the date for December 4th and be part of the celebration as we dedicate the Whittier Townhomes—Green Country Habitat's first townhome development featuring 23 energy-efficient homes in Tulsa's historic Kendall Whittier neighborhood.

Join us, along with a few special guests, to cut the ribbon on this transformative project at I-244 and North Lewis Ave. Several units are still available to purchase, and home tours will be offered throughout the day.
